Hi, I’m Elena, and I know what it’s like to feel trapped in a body that seems to have turned against you. I’ve been there—fighting through the debilitating pain of rheumatoid arthritis and mind-numbing exhaustion of Hashimotos, trying every treatment and remedy out there, only to be met with more frustration and despair. But through that struggle, I found a way out—a path that not only gave me my life back but also filled it with more joy, freedom, and purpose than I ever thought possible.

I created the SAGE method from my own journey of survival, hope, and discovery. It’s a method born out of years of research, deep personal introspection, and, frankly, sheer desperation to reclaim my life. Now, I’m here to share that with you. Because no one should have to navigate this journey alone, and everyone deserves a chance to heal—not just physically, but in every way that truly matters.

The SAGE Method

The SAGE method is more than just a technique—it’s a lifeline for anyone struggling with the overwhelming challenges of autoimmune disease or chronic illness. It’s built on the belief that healing is possible, and it starts with rewiring the mind-body connection. Here’s how it works:

  • Savor: Imagine if you could take a moment of peace or pleasure and make it last. With Savor, you’ll learn to focus on those moments, amplifying feelings of joy and contentment so they begin to fill your days.

  • Allow: We all carry stress, trauma, and habits that weigh us down. In this step, you’ll learn to gently set those burdens aside, giving yourself permission to fully embrace the present moment—no guilt, no shame, just peace.

  • Gratitude: Gratitude isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a powerful force for healing. By deeply connecting with feelings of thankfulness, you’ll create a state of heart coherence that aligns your mind and body, fostering a profound sense of well-being.

  • Encode: This final step is about making joy last. By consciously remembering and encoding these positive experiences, you’ll build new neurological pathways that make it easier to return to these feelings of happiness and peace, even when life gets tough.
